HOUSE

The real estate agent rang up Mik today. We might be able to get the house for $550,000, INCLUDING stamp duty! (Stamp duty would be $30,000, so basically we are getting the house for $60,000 less!). The agent is going to ring Mik back tomorrow.

Here is the front view of the house. Now remember that this is actually the last of 4 units, so it's at the very end of the shared driveway.


Here is the view looking at the front door. To the left (which you can't see) is the steps leading to the master bedroom.


This is what won me over. How beautiful is the timber decking? How FABULOUS would it be to sit outside during the summer?!
